I moved to Sewickley in 2015 after my husband and I got married. We welcomed our first son in May 2017. Being a new mom, a friend introduced me to SAMC. The play dates, moms night out, and social events have allowed me to connect with so many wonderful mothers. My son and I have enjoyed making new friends. This club has so much to offer and is a great resource to connect with an amazing community of women. After being isolated due to the pandemic, my family and I are looking forward to planning events for the upcoming year and making memories with new and experienced moms.

My family moved to Sewickley from Chicago two years ago after the birth of our second daughter.  I joined the Mom's Club during the pandemic for the wonderful support and suggestions other parents generously offered to help keep us sane and active while socially distanced.  I am looking forward to getting involved in the community and meeting other mom's in person through the Sewickley Area Mom's Club!

We moved to Sewickley when our oldest child was born and I joined SAMC the following year. We loved attending the events and I'm looking forward to helping to plan for the upcoming year. I am so excited to reconnect with other moms and families in the area and make new friendships.

We moved to Sewickley in 2019 and even though the majority of our time here has been during COVID, we have loved living in the village and meeting new friends! My husband and I are Pittsburgh natives, but spent several years living in Southern California. I have four children, two boys and two girls with the newest one arriving this past June! I look forward to planning all the three and under play dates with my daughter, Maeve, who turned two in May 2021.

My family and I have been enjoying Sewickley for 5 years now. After living in Dallas and New York City with kids, we know that we have finally found our forever Home. We love the sense of community here and the beautiful, walkable village. My kids and I are so excited to be a part of this club and socialize again after this crazy, isolating year!

I joined the Sewickley Area Mother’s Club when my twins were born in 2017. This organization has introduced me to so many great women and families, as a relative newcomer to Sewickley. I’m from Pittsburgh originally, but was new to this area. All of the members are so inviting and welcoming. It has been great to have a community to go to for recommendations, questions, child events, and (equally as important) child-free events.

I grew up in Sewickley and moved away for college but once I had my son I knew I needed a good area for my family to settle permanently. We moved from Crafton into a house that needed work and had a daughter 3 years later. We love the area and the people. I only joined SAMC a couple years ago but I am excited to keep meeting more Mom's in the area and help plan events for everyone to enjoy together.

I grew up in Sewickley but later moved to New York City where I met my husband. We made the decision to move back here a few years ago to raise our family and joined SAMC shortly after. My kids and I have loved meeting new people and attending playdates and other great events!

We moved to Sewickley from Squirrel Hill two years ago. I’ve been living in Pittsburgh since 2006, but I’m originally from Wisconsin. My husband grew up in the Fox Chapel area. We love Sewickley and it reminds me a lot of where I grew up. I found out about SAMC upon moving and found it to be such a wonderful way to meet fellow mom’s and kids in the area. We have two kids, one in Pre-K and elementary school at Edgeworth Elementary. I look forward to being involved this year.

SAMC is all about community, and it really does "take a village" to raise kids! This club is an outstanding group of women who genuinely want to support each other.

My husband and I moved to Sewickley from Boston in 2013 and I joined SAMC in 2015 when my oldest daughter was six months old. Since neither my husband nor I grew up in the area, it has been great to meet so many other moms through this group. My girls have loved attending the SAMC events in the past, so I'm looking forward to helping with the planning process this year!

After living in Lawrenceville for five years, my husband and I became Sewickley residents in early 2020 and are thrilled to better get to know the area and community this year.  I am a mom to a one year little boy and am expecting a second baby in February.  I'm looking forward to being the babies coordinator for the 2021-2022 year and meeting all of the wonderful moms in SAMC!

I joined SAMC 10 years ago while pregnant with my first daughter. We now have 3 girls, preschool, first grade and fourth grade. SAMC has been there for me for the past decade, I have met so many amazing women and made wonderful memories. Having other moms to share this journey of motherhood with has made all the difference.

My husband and I are so excited to raise our family here in Sewickley!  We moved from the city to the area at the beginning of 2021 and are looking forward to getting to know other families in the neighborhood.  My girls and I are enjoying the playgrounds, the village, and all the friendly people we meet each day.  When we first moved to the area, SAMC was always one of the top recommendations local moms gave to me as a way to build connections with other moms.  Every single one of them had such fond memories of their time in SAMC.  I look forward to helping to create opportunities for friendship and support between moms in the area.  I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a welcoming community!
